I found a nice little surprise the other day. Apparently the same thing I’ve been using as an all puprpose all natural soap can work wonders on acne. Working at a pizza place I make and I eat alot of pizza, normally my face doesn’t suffer from it. However a combination of greasy pizza with back to back visits to the movies (Benjammin Button, and Slumdog Millionaire are great by the way, if you haven’t seen them I suggest you make it a date) with greasy popcorn being shoved in my face had not done very well for the area around my mouth. I had heard that Apple Cider Vinegar could do some good things regarding acne, so I sprayed it on a napkin and dabbed it to my two zits. One of them was gone in literally 4 hours! The other had dramatically decreased in size. I called my friend who has had acne problems his entire life and still suffers from acne today and told him I had a nice treat for him. Hopefully this will help put an end to the suffering and end to the countless number of creams and ointment that are supposed to cure it.

So the results with using my All Natural Soap spray has been somewhat erratic. Sometimes it would be a little greasy for my liking, and other times it would be absolutely perfect. So I’ve been doing some experiments with how I apply it compared to my results. This is what I have found.
On the days that I would spray 3-5 full sprays in my hair and would rinse thoroughly for about 30 seconds my hair would be too greasy for my liking, and I imagine others’ liking. I then decided to take some showers with 3-5 full sprays and would rinse thoroughly for about a minute, this was a little better but still not to my liking.
Then I decided to try much less, I tried 2-3 half sprays and thorough rinsing for about 45 seconds and have gotten amazing results! The dandruff I have had all throughout childhood is mostly gone, an awesome side effect, and enough reason for me to use this stuff for the rest of my life.
To sum it all up “I’ve been putting WAY to much in my hair, I’ve maybe done 3-5 full sprays in my hair, when the proper amount is 2-3 half sprays.”
